The Villanova Women, coming off an exciting 1st place finish at Big East, captured 3rd place at the 2008 NCAA XC Mid-Atlantic Region. Princeton and West Virgina tied for first place with 51 points and Villanova was 3rd with 59 points. The women were led by the outstanding performance of senior Frances Koons.
