USATF Junior Nationals Preview

Michael Kerrigan and Mark Korich, both freshmen red-shirts this year at Villanova will be competeing at the USATF Junior Nationals out in Texas. Kerrigan will be racing in the 1500m and is currently seeded at a time of 3:54.63. Korich will be racing the 800m, while seeded at a time of 1:52.40. Kerrigan has had a tremendous outdoor season including the 5000m at the Penn Relays and several 1500m races around Philly. On the other hand, Korich whom started out his Nova carreer with a stress fracture during the fall, has been tuning up in local PA races and is ready to make his mark again on the national scene. Events start Friday June 25 and go to Sunday June 27.
